With the cooler months now upon us, we here at Tiaki have come up with a hearty way to combat the cold. Every fortnight we have been making homemade soups right here in our kitchen. Each staff member brings in an ingredient to add into the mix and we whip it up in our soup maker, and then have a great time enjoying good food and great company. So far we have had Vegetable Soup, Pumpkin Soup and Tomato and Bacon Soup.... so what's next? Well guess you will have to wait and see, but here are a few photos to drool over!
The weather was looking less than tropical this morning, so we decided that Fish'n'Chips would be the perfect remedy to fix our rainy day blues. Thanks to Bobby's Fresh Fish Market for a delicious lunch time treat.
The Tiaki team and their families were treated to a fantastic Christmas dinner at OBR. The wine was flowing (for the adults of course) and the food was terrific.
There were Christmas games for the adults and kids to play. Although some people had interesting answers for the Christmas ABC's game.
Every second Monday at Tiaki is 'Homebaking Monday". This is the lovely baking our Managing Director, Donald Richardson did. I will leave the rest to your imagination...
The team enjoyed lunch at Momo Teppan-Yaki to welcome our new team member Lyndsey. It was a really neat experience watching the chef cook for us.
Another stunning day in Tauranga allowed for the Tiaki team to go for a ride around the Waikareo Estuary followed by a delicious lunch at Le Petit Four.
